Favorite musician and least favorite musician

My favorite musician is Michael Jackson. When I see him, I admire his incredible dance and singing. Especially, Moonwalk dance is a trademark which represents him. When he came in Korea in order to concert, my family directly went to the concert. It passed many times, but now I am able to remember his performance. Ticket was very expensive, nevertheless I satisfied his dance and singing. Recently, I heard that he come back the stage. I really expect to his new dance skills and powerful singing.

My least musician is Britney spears. She was a great queen of pop before she meets her husband. After she was married, she lost popularity. Also, she committed the bad behaviors during the divorce between her husband. Even she shaves her hair. Now, she is spotted by paparazzi.

Public Speaking

It passed a one month since I took a classes. In the beginning, it is difficult for me to adapt classes because main reason is a English. Anyway, now , I am adapting my classes, so I am very happy. In present, I am taking 5classes. Calculus, Global trade, Public Speaking, University Singers, and ESL Writing. I am satisfy these subjects. However, In one of these subjects, Public Speaking is a very important thing for me. If I finish this class as a good grade and always listen carefully and learn skills of public speaking, I think that my characteristics will change more active. Also, as using the excellent speech, I am able to develop own image and I will have strong confidence than before. Lastly, I think that ESL Writing class is also very important factor for me to improve more organized topic and have consistency in writing.

Snow storm

Wow!! I believe that today weather is the coldest day since I have lived. Yesterday I knew that today weather will be very cold, but I do not anticipate that like today weather. Because of the snow storm, lots of many classes are canceled. Also, my ESL class is canceled. I really want to listen your class, I am sorry to hear that. A few minutes ago, I went to the dining room in order to take out. During going to there, I am feeling frostbite in the hand. I hope that warm weather will be coming soon.

What is the best thing to do with the money?

If someone give me money 1000$, I should give that money to donate for poor people. Because I always have been thinking about wanting of helping those people. 1000$ is not enough to money for poor people, but I want to help them slightly.

If someone give me 1000$, I would like to buy a stock. Because I want to earn money more than 1000$. This is a very dangerous and adventurous situation, nevertheless, I want to try to invest money to stock.

Friday

I received the test paper from the survey of calculus's professor. I was feeling not so bad because it was not bad score as I anticipated. I will expect the better score next test. However, frankly, I am feeling anxiety about chapter2 as Derivatives. Because I have not ever studied this part. Nevertheless, I will try to study this part in order to get good score.

At night, I watched the movies 'sawIV' with friends. This movie is very fearful and has awesome peripeteia.

Change the pronouns to nouns.

Changyob took some letter out of the box and gave the letter to Tiffany. Tiffany took the letter and then gave the letter back to Tiffany. Tiffany accepted the letter reluctantly and stared at Changyob and his fellows. Changyob and his fellows seemed surprised by the letter. The letter is a story that Tiffany passes a singer audition. After Tiffany read the letter, jumping with happiness. Changyob and his fellows were very happy because Tiffany achieved the her dream.

Tuesday

I think that I am very tired in today. Maybe it is due to the long holidays. In the morning, I took 2 classes. After lunch, I heard that today our ESL was canceled. Then, I went to the library and studied the calculus because I take a test tomorrow. Now, I am studying the math and hope that I take a test very well.

Monday

Today is a Martin Luther King Jr. Day. So, today is a holiday I don't get a class. Also, dining room doesn't open today. So, friends and i ate a noodle. After taking a rest, I started the study. At night, I watched the movie 'Fight Club' with friends. I thought that this movie ws very exciting for me.

Sunday

After I took a take-out instead of eating in the dining room. And I studied the writing and Public speaking. Then, I took a nap about 1hour. And I went to the health center. At night, friends and i went to the Jaewoo's house. Because today is his birthday. In there, we sang a song for him, and ate lots of foods.

Saturday

I woke up 10:30 am. After taking a shower, I ate the lunch, and then I played table tennis with friends. I came back the dormitory and started the study. During the study, I was very tired because I slept the yesterday at 4 am. At night, I went to the fitness center.

Friday

In the morning, I take a survey of calculus, and then eat the lunch with classmates. Then, I go to the ESL class and review the writing book and print because today I take a test. Professor Linnea come to the door, I am very nervous and soon test is started. Test is taken about 20minutes. After finishing, I feel regret for this examination. Because I think that I am not take an exam soundly. So, I bear in mind that I will take a test good well next time.

What is good writing?

Description of writing is varied by people. However, I believe that definition of writing is refined speaking. When we are speaking, we sometimes tend to talk not in detail but roughly and briefly.
That's why people talk under looking at each other. However, in writing, I think that it is necessary to remark a organization as accurate and refined system. That's why we do not speak directly, while we have to convey our ideas to other people indirectly as a writing. If we do not write a refined organization, many people feel confuse about the writing. Therefore, when I write sentence, I always try to make the refined writing.

Introduce myself

My name is Lee, Changyob. I am from South Korea and 20years old. The reason that i study abroad in America is to achieve my goal. Of course, i can study in Korea, but i think that studying in America provides me the better education's environment. Last year, fortunately, i knew UMC program, so i entered the school about 8month. At that time, i studied very hard. However, i have trouble in many ways after i come to America. That's why i am short of speaking and listening. Also, i have trouble adapting in new environment of America. However, now, i have adapted the aspects of studying and environment. I always keep in mind the word that there is no success without efforts and sweat. Therefore, i will study very hard without frustration.

P.S. I would like to complete ESL as a good grade.
